It is a great pleasure to welcome you to GRADLINK 2025, an international symposium led by graduate nursing students from around the world. As Chair ofthe Organizing Committee and a Ph.D. student at Seoul National University, I am honored to represent our passionate and dedicated team.

This symposium was initiated as a platform for graduate students to share their research and engage in meaningful academic dialogue. Under the theme“Navigating Complexity: Graduate Nursing in a Changing Healthcare Landscape” GRADLINK 2025 seeks to highlight the unique role of graduate students in shaping the future of nursing through innovation and collaboration.

We are delighted to welcome presenters from diverse countries, each bringing a unique perspective and compelling research topic. I believe we will foster valuable dialogue and inspire future partnerships across institutions and borders.

We are sincerely grateful to our fellow colleagues, faculty mentors, and supporting institutions whose contributions have made this symposium possible. Your participation is what gives true meaning to this gathering. Thank you for being part of the very first GRADLINK Symposium.
